What is the difference between the Graphic Design service and the Skin Implementation service?

In a nutshell, our graphic designer designs a unique "look and feel" of the web site using PhotoShop (via our Graphic Design service) and then our software developer develops/programs the PhotoShop images in .PSD file format into the shopping cart software to render dynamic web pages (via our Skin Implementation service).

What is the process of Graphic Design? What Do I get from the Graphic Design Service?

We will then design and revise the work to your satisfaction. After you have approved the work, we will deliver the work to you in PSD (PhotoShop) format or Jpeg format at your choice.

How is Multi-Store priced?

The price for the multi-store solution is for the add-on module only. It does not include the AspDotNetStorefront license. How do you charge for a custom development request?

If your store needs a function that is not available from AspDotNetStorefront out-of-box, then you can submit the requirement to analysis@misakko.com, our E-commerce analyst will perform a full analysis of your requirement, communicate with you for clarification and send you a solution proposal. The proposal will have hours quoted to complete the work. You are paying for the hours. Our standard hourly rate is $65/hr.

Once you have become a return customer. You can order Prepaid Function Development Hours. Hours purchased are on a retainer status and can be used on-demand. Whenever you need a function developed or customized, just submit the requirement to our analysts and a quote in number of hours will be sent to you. Once you approve the quote, our developer will start the work. The hours quoted will be deducted from the tally of the prepaid hours once the function is completed. My site has been customized by another developer and I don’t have the source code of the customization. Can you do some new customization on my site?

It depends. If your new customization does not need the source code of the previous customization, then we do not need that source code.

If I found a bug that is caused by Misakko’s code, would I get it fixed for free?

Yes. Misakko always fixes an issue or a bug caused by us for free. If the issue or the bug is not caused by us, then we can still fix it at your request after your agreement to pay for the time spent on fixing it. The rate is $65/hr.

Do I get a discount if I buy AspDotNetStorefront license from you?

 The pricing for AspDotNetStorefront license has been fixed at $1,295/per domain for all AspDotNetStorefront partners and resellers. Any partner selling below this price is breaching the contract with AspDotNetStorefront. As the No.1 Platinum Partner, we are obligated to sell at this price too.  It makes most sense if you need any service from us and purchases the license from us. 

If you buy the license from us, we will do the following work on your behalf to save you time.

Misakko will install and set up the store front on your shared or dedicated server.

         Configure the Dev and the PROD license keys specific to your domain.

         Install AspDotNetStoreFront files on your web server.

         Create the database and configure the connection string.

         Configure site web folder permissions.

         Run a full test of the storefront to make sure everything works properly.
