Misakko Consulting launched a new ticketing system to allow client securely submit a service ticket request to our sales / proposal department or our custom development department. The response time to a client ticket is measured with our service level agreement (SLA) if you are one of our clients.

All emails you sent to us and all emails we sent to you are archived chronologically for you to securely retrieve and review any time any where.

You can securely chat online with the developers working on your project. Once your project has started, you are able to chat with the developers to discuss the subtle requirements of the project and check the project status.

Misakko consulting has added new sales and proposal staff to boost the response time and analysis quality to proposal requests.

Our initial response time to a new “Request for Proposal” RFQ has been a few minutes on average. Now, Misakko has imposed an internal Service Level Agreement (SLA) to limit the maximum initial response time to one hour during the business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Misakko Consulting’s proposal analysis has reached a new level in which in-depth analysis will be conducted and illustration of logic flow will be drawn. Accurate hour estimation will be given when our analyst have validated the final deliverables of the project.

Misakko ranked top 1 custom development partner for AspDotNetStoreFront. [Update June 2007] AspDotNetStoreFront revised its policy of listing partners and randomized the display of its custom development partners. Misakko is still the Top 1 custom development partner on the basis of the number of projects completed.

Misakko Consulting is one of the earliest adopters of AspDotNetStoreFront’s patent-pending XMLpackage technology. An XmlPackage takes an input data set (or SQL statement), combines it with system and customer parameters, and then produces output in either Xml for HTML format. AspDotNetStoreFront has been baking this technology for a while and finally adopted it in AspDotNetStoreFront Version 6.0 or higher.

XMLpackage is introduced to ease the pain of reapplying the custom code to a newer version when a merchant wants to upgrade the store and tap into the latest new features. Before XMLpakcage was introduced, page display elements are hard coded into the source code and make it extremely difficult to upgrade. 

To a merchant, think an XMLpackage as a display template for your store web pages. The true benefit of an XMLpackage is “written once and used on the current version and all versions above.” Therefore, upgrading your store to a newer version is a no brainer. It is as simple as copying some files and can be done in a few minutes.

However, there is a caveat of this promise. The upgrade can be done as long as no custom code has been added to the XSLTextensionbase which is used to extend the function of the XMLpackage. [Update May 2007] Buddy, the VP of AspDotNetStoreFront demonstrated a way to put all custom XSLTextentionbase into your own DLL and just copy that DLL into the new version. Thus, XMLpakcage is truly delivering the promise of “written once and used on the current version and all versions above.”
