We test our analysts and developers with the following criteria: software engineering capabilities, communication skills, honesty, a serving attitude and good business sense.

Our company consists two customer facing teams:

Sales and Proposal Team

• Respond to request for proposal (RFQ)
• Analyze requirements
• Estimate hours to complete the project
• Bid on the RFQ
• Sign the contracts with the client

Custom Development Team

• Develop the functions specified in the requirements
• Conduct testing on the finished work
• Upload tested work to the staging server for client’s review
• Fine-tune the work according to feedbacks received from the client
• Roll out the accepted site to client’s production environment
